Returns & Exchanges

At EōS Fitness, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if any item doesn't meet your workout needs, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the fitness gear you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your gear back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
